Information We Collect Directly From You. You may browse certain areas of the Site without registering with us or providing us personal information. If you register for our Services, such as using our Apps, then you must provide your name and email address. You will also be able to create a user name and profile when using the App to play games. We may also collect your name and email address and other contact information if you sign up for our email newsletter or updates or if you contact us regarding our Sites and Services.

Information We Collect Through Facebook. When you log into our mobile application through your Facebook account, you will be asked to enter your Facebook email address and password. Facebook controls the information collected from you during the log-in process; we do not control the information that Facebook collects from you. When you use any of our Apps through a Facebook account, we will collect the following information: (i) access and collect your Facebook basic information (this includes your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, list of friends, date of birth, email address, and any other information you have you have set to public on your Facebook account); (ii) send you email; (iii) post to your Wall; (iv) access posts in your news feed; and (v) access your Facebook data at any time even if you are not using Facebook. Please note, if you allow us to have access to this information, then we will have access to this information even if you have chosen not to make that information public.

Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect the following information about your use of our Site or Services through cookies and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. Device Information. If you are using our App or accessing information through a mobile device (“Device”), we will collect information regarding your Device (such as Device identification number, Device type, etc.).

Geolocation. If you have provided permission through your mobile device to allow us to collect location information through the App, we may obtain your physical location information in terms of latitude and longitude from technologies like GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower proximity. You are able to withdraw your permission for us to acquire such physical location information from your mobile device through your mobile device settings, although we do not control this process. If you have questions about how to disable your mobile device's location services, we recommend you contact your mobile device service provider or the mobile device manufacturer.

Our Site and Services are solely intended for use for persons located and resident in the United States and personal information that is provided to us will be stored in the United States. You may request modification of personal information that you have submitted to us by contacting us at support@iprogames.com or by updating your profile in your account. Requests for access and deletion of your personal information will be accommodated to the extent required by applicable law, provided that any deletion of your personal information may impact your ability to access and use the Services. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Site for a period of time.

What Choices Do I Have Regarding Use of My Personal Information?

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests.
